Pickup from your agreed central Jeddah hotel/resort, creative briefing and transfer to the approved ATHR Gallery meeting point.
Meet your arts host at the confirmed Jeddah branch appointment for a short introduction and an equipment/access check.
Create the agreed personal portrait sequence in approved areas, with a short culture visit and no automatic reproduction of artworks.
Final personal photographs and private return to the same Jeddah accommodation. The 3-hour plan includes driving, the location visit and rest breaks.

Up to 4 travelers plus the creative crew. Hotel/resort → agreed Jeddah location → same accommodation. The 3-hour duration includes driving. The 15–30 km full-circuit planning band starts from central Al Andalus / Tahlia accommodation; it is an estimate, not a measured road distance. Exact hotel address, gate, traffic and quote are confirmed before travel. Other pickup areas require a custom quote. No airport, intercity or separate Red Sea destination transfer is included.

SAR 90 per driver-duty hour + SAR 3 per full-circuit planning km, minimum SAR 350; round up to SAR 50. Included transport estimate: SAR 350.

Your edited memories

Proposed delivery: edited photo gallery within 5 working days; any authorised 60–90 second video within 7 working days. Final permissions, scope and delivery dates are confirmed before the request is accepted.

This total includes the listed photography, transport, and activities. A video add-on is priced separately. Final availability, permissions, and any applicable taxes are confirmed with your quote.

How is this estimate calculated?

Group total = photography/editing + listed transport + entry or activity allowances + guide/host + any selected video add-on.

Transport = the greater of SAR 350 or (SAR 90 × 3 driver-duty hours + SAR 3 × 23 planning km), rounded up to the next SAR 50: SAR 350.

The 15–30 km band covers the full hotel → tour → hotel circuit from Central Al Andalus / Tahlia accommodation in Jeddah. It is a planning allowance, not a measured hotel route.

Entry/activity allowances are planning budgets. Exact pickup address, permissions, supplier availability and any taxes or extras are agreed in the final quote.
