They are estimates, not measured road distances or contracted supplier fares. Exact address, vehicle, operator, capacity, traffic, permissions and final price are confirmed before acceptance. Airport, intercity arrival and border transfers are excluded.

Proposed delivery: edited photos within 5 working days. The video add-on includes one 60–90 second edited film, one 15–30 second vertical highlight and one revision, proposed within 7 working days. Final permitted scope and delivery dates are agreed before confirmation.
Access & photography notes
Museum interiors, restored-building entry and specialist filming permits require separate arrangements. The base price covers city-local hotel pickup.

How is this estimate calculated?
Group total = photography/editing + listed transport + entry or activity allowances + guide/host + any selected video add-on.
UAE group total uses the listed active shooting hours and editing, a fixed local vehicle allowance, local coordination, and any listed boat allowance. The optional video add-on is priced separately. No distance-based Saudi formula is applied; exact accommodation, operators, admission, permits and any taxes are agreed before confirmation.
Entry/activity allowances are planning budgets. Exact pickup address, permissions, supplier availability and any taxes or extras are agreed in the final quote.
