A dedicated photographer turns your Hegra heritage visit into a carefully paced portrait and architecture story. Hegra uses official site transport and timed entry. Commercial photography and crew access require separate approval; no unrestricted independent site access is promised. The proposed group price covers up to four travelers. Round-trip local transport is included: pickup from your AlUla hotel or resort, travel to the tour locations, and drop-off back at your accommodation.

Know before you go
Up to 4 travelers plus creative crew. Official site buses and activity vehicles may be shared. Your driver picks you up at your accommodation, takes you to the agreed tour locations, and returns you to the same hotel or resort. The local pickup area is agreed in advance.

Proposed delivery: edited gallery within 5 working days; any film within 7 working days. Final scope and dates are agreed before confirmation.

Your request is reviewed by the Yaadify team. Crew, venue permissions, pickup timing, final price and cancellation terms are agreed before confirmation. Payment is arranged after your booking is confirmed.

Your proposed package price
This total includes the listed photography, transport, and activities. A video add-on is priced separately. Final availability, permissions, and any applicable taxes are confirmed with your quote.
How is this estimate calculated?
Group total = photography/editing + listed transport + entry or activity allowances + guide/host + any selected video add-on.
AlUla transport uses the same SAR 90/hour + SAR 3/planning-km approach, minimum SAR 350 per tour day, rounded up to SAR 50. Choosing a hotel/area in the package options changes the transport component and group total.
Entry/activity allowances are planning budgets. Exact pickup address, permissions, supplier availability and any taxes or extras are agreed in the final quote.
