From request to confirmed plan
Choose your coverage and preferred date. The Yaadify team confirms the crew, meeting point, permissions, scope, final price and cancellation terms with you. This is creative coverage; venue hire, catering and organising a celebration are separate.
How is the estimate calculated?
One hour uses this published shoot’s base rate. Two hours use 1.7 times the base; four hours use 3 times the base, rounded to the nearest SAR. The selected video add-on is added once. Currency conversion changes display only; bookings are quoted and charged in SAR.
One-hour base: SAR 570. Confirm taxes and any extras in the final quote.

Cancellation & changes
Cancellation deadlines, any charges and refund terms are agreed with Yaadify before confirmation. No free-cancellation promise is included in this proposal. Use your account to request changes or cancellation; the team reviews the request and sends the existing notifications.
A submitted request is pending review. Admin confirmation comes first, followed by crew assignment. An unconfirmed request is never a confirmed booking.
